Fluoride Added???

I started my daughter on formula but we are using the ready to feed kind because we read that the nursery water has fluoride added which shouldn't be fed to babies under 6 months. I really want to start using the powdered formula but don't know which water is safe to use. Any ideas???

Well i bf during the day and give him one formula btl at night and i heard they should be exposed to tap water& are not exposed to enough germs with the nursery water. It made sense to me& my son is doing great

Look for baby water with no fluoride added. Thats what we use.

Lots of places add flouride to their tap water system. My dentist actually gave me a map of the city that illustrates where it is and isn't added. My son had to have extra cal formula when he was a baby and we used boiled tap water (cooled). He seems just fine.

Gerber has pure water same price no fluoride .... that's what I use.

I don't use tap water... Too many microbes,chlorine, and the lead pipes which transport the water underground are very old and its not healthy. my daughters pediatrician told me that. And I agree.

Use gerber water and will switch tok nursery water after six months

Our tap used to have floride in it. Just recently took it out! But we use boiled tap!
