loosing weight has been so hard.. i need someones input

I gave birth 3 months ago to a healthy baby boy I havent been on this forum because there was so much back and forth, but i do remember someone writing about which diet pills were good. I really want to start attending the gym again and lose the 30 pounds I gained :( but i figured I can have a little help from the pills. Does anyone suggest any that have worked for them now or in the past?

  • I'm wit ya ! I'm 9 wks pp an still bout 20 lbs over my Prepregnancy weight :( I was thinkn diet pills but I hate that jittery feeling
  • @mrz_Jackson2anpreggo , it really hit me the other day when I went to buy a few jeans .. I found nothing my new size :/ I than went to the doctor yesterday and weighed 10 pounds more than I did 4 weeks ago.. my mother says it was water weight since I have my period .. tmi , can this be true ?
  • I highly suggest against diet pills they make your body dependent on the chemicals to destroy fat. Some simple things that can help you naturally lose weight . I can't stress enough fiber and water lots and lots of fiber and water. Little diet changes : carbs and sugars in the morning proteins in the evening lift weights and add a little cardio after wards. Cut out sodas if you can. Stay away from fast food as it doesn't digest as easily and leads to fat build up. Eat alot of small meals don't stop eating that's the worst you can do. If you need to snack during the day eat almonds or yogurt or beef jerky or peanut butter. Hope this helps.
  • I bloat wen I get my period I haven't got my period bak yet yea It hit me hard wen my hubby ordered me cute namebrand clothes for Xmas an I couldn't fit the jeans
  • Thanks hun . I figured there can be some type of natural herb in a pill to help me loose some type of weight . I heard about the ballerina tea .. but I will most definitely take what you said into thought. I do need to start eating differently , its just being home all day doesn't help.

  • Hi there! So, I posted something about the Granada pills a while back. They were working, I had lost nearly 10 pounds in a month, but I noticed that I was getting palpations in my heart, so I threw them out ASAP.

    I read an article one day about some people having a very hard time losing weight despite all of the proper nutrition and fitness changes. I tried for 5 months to lose weight the traditional way - exercising for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, limiting my caloric intake to 1500 calories a day, cutting back on sugars and eating more veggies...I got nothing. I didn't lose a pound, I didn't fit better in my pants, the only difference was my face got a little bit thinnger. :(

    I, too, am ready to shed the baby fat, but am at a loss on what to do. It's like my fat loves me so much, it won't go away! :-((
  • @ LilSugarsMomma I'm so sorry to hear that the pills effect you in that way after they were working out for you :( I understand exactly where your coming from .. I definitely need to loose some type of weight my birthday is in Feb and I want to look good for my hubby . I hate not feeling sexy with all the extra love handles I have

  • I feel you on this post. I gained 30lbs while pregnant and lost 19 2weeks pp but now I'm 11 weeks pp and I feel fatter than ever. My legs are huge and my arms and I got a tummy pooch.. diets don't help me ugh I need like lipo lol
  • I would try low fat high protein diet...I did that after I had my son and lost 20 lbs:) exercise I know its hard bc you want to rest when the baby is but take a walk, it doesn't need to be a gym workout:)
  • Okay...it's not diet pills. It's called Jacked(sp?), and it's powder that gives you energy...like super power energy lol. You can exercise on it and it doesn't have that jittery feeling. If you're wanting to lose weight do not tone or muscle build exercise!!! Only do cardio! If not, you'll bulk up and get bigger then you started. I never tell people....so this is a first lol ssshhhh don't tell

  • @mommyLovesSparkle I do to and its so depressing now :( I don't even let my hubby see me completely naked anymore .. I even started having sex with a shirt on cause I feel so Damn uncomfortable.

  • I totally agree w @Junebuggbabie85 on the fiber, water n cutting out sodas. I did that along w doing the ellyptical for 10-15 min a day or simply walkn n lost 25lbs in a month but then got preggo n gained 34 LoL!
  • I ordered the workout program Insanity, started doing it about 2 weeks ago and already see a difference. It is INTENSE but it does the job.

  • @MOMMYSBambino btw my cousin took these pills called botanical slimming. She lost 20lbs in 5 wks. She said she took just one pill in the morning b4 eating anything n made sure to drink lots of water. N that girl is laazzy, she's never exercised a day in her life hehe. I've been tempted but I'm scared of taking pills.

  • @txmommy93011 I just googled them .. there's the jillian dvds to .. those helped me loose weight before I became pregnant.. I completely forgot about them. I'm going to try and find them in my closet :)
  • @excitedforoctober-lucky you I haven't stuck with my workout. Hopefully now that the holidays are almost over with I can stick to my workout.
  • Girl I'm with you my sin is about to be 3 months on sat. & I only lost maybe 15 of the 40 I've gained. :(
