I've had bad cramps. A warm bath helps a lot. I had to go to the er for spotting and they told me cramps can be normal especially in a first pregnancy.
Baths it showers seem to make my cramps worse. Best thing for be has been rest and sleeping on my left side. It supposedly increases blood flow to your uterus. I've also heard of drinking pleanty if water will help. I cramp pretty much everyday especially at night and it's super uncomfortable. Try what you can and remember not to take ibuprofen.:) Oh yeah and I also found taking a light 5-10 minute walk in the neighborhood helps.
I'm due Oct. 8th. When I was 4-6 weeks I had period-like cramps the whole time. It's jus ur uterus growin & stretchin. By the time I was in my 7th wk, the pain went away. So hang in there, u'll feel better soon!
Thanks everyone.. Yes theses cramps do kill me at night really or when im trying to sleep.. But I havent taken any medician im a lil too scared of that so I just been dealing with the pain
Make sure to drink plenty of water. And hot baths always helped me out. Or a warm wash cloth to put over your belly. And getting plenty of rest helps too.
@Megan all I do is sleep lol...im just getting up.. So im about to take a bath and drink water now!! Thanks for the advice as well.. But I havent tried the warm cloth on my belly I well have to do that
Might be a uti urinary tract infection be sure you dr checks for that no biggie they give ya antibiotics and it goes away that's what I had your really prone to them while your pregnant
