  It's thrush! Call your ob asap to get on an antibiotic and check your lo's mouth with white patches.

  No white patches... no other feeding issues and it only hurts sometimes & when she's NOT eating

  That's how it was when I had thrush in my boob. After he'd eat my boob would burn and throb for like 2 hours straight.

  Hmm well I will have to ask Dr about that but like I said I can't get in til next week. mine doesn't hurt for that long just for a few minutes at a time. but maybe cuz its just starting?

  Yeah, mine didn't start off that long. I had it for two weeks till I called my ob when it started lasting that long.

  You're welcome! If the put you on the antibiotic, it'll be gone in a week! That stuff is amazing.

  I get that when I have a clogged duct (at least I think that is what it is). I put a heating pad on that area as much as possible and massage it and it usually goes away a day later.
