  • I got a thermos thing that keeps heat in for a while and I boil water before I leave the house and put it in the diaper bag. But I always put a small nursery water bottle in my diaper bag in case the waters too hot, then I mix them together if its too hot
  • I bought a small thermos too that will fit my diaper bag and I fill it up with room temp nursery water and the last 1/4 of it I put boiled water in it.
  • I'm the same with only supplementing with formula here and there. What I do is carry a room temperature water bottle in my diaper bag. My little guy is ok with room temp.
  • My son does not like his formula warmed up lol
  • Thats how would like to do it to but i cant find a thermas where did you get yours?? @MommyLovesSparkle
  • Its a lot easier on their tummies if its warm.
  • @megaroo- I got mine at target:)
  • @mama2be11_4__11 lol I agree I 'used' to be like that. Amd my sister told me that they don't need there bottles warmed so I tried without and I love it better. Lol and your right middle of the night was hectic.
  • I use playtex drop-ins so I just prefill my bottle with the water (we use room temp) and I use the similac travel pouches (makes 4oz). Enfamil also sells them. Both brands are only in the regular kind only (at least similac def is; I've not seen enfamil travel packs in other than their normal kind but I don't use that brand so I'm not usually looking) not the "special" ones.
  • I just prep a bottle and seperate the formula based on how many feedings (she eats every 4 hours, so its usually just 1) and use warm water where ever I am. If I am going somewhere in which warm water isn't accessible, I just pack the amount of water as hot as possible and use it when I need it.
  • Ty ladies for the ideas
  • I take 2 bottles one with warm water like she likes one really hot I so when the warm is cold I can mix them to get what she wants lol
  • @megaroo it varies.. plastic ones are like $5.00 and the steel ones are $15.00
  • I have a small Tupperware bowl with 3 equal compartments and the lid has a smaller poptop that u circle around over whichever compartment u want to empty. That's whether I use to store my premeasured formula in for the diaper bag. I just water whereever we are. My daughter doesn't have to have It warmed everytime so if we can't get warm water right then she's okay with room temp or even a little cool. I know warm Is easier on the tummy but the few times we've had to do cool she's seemed fine without any tummyache.
  • @megaroo-mine was about $20 it's stainless steel.
  • She will only drink it if its room temp. So I just take a bottle of water and her formula with me where ever I go.
  • Sophia eats the ready to feed formula, so I usually get a cup of hot water at a gas station or restaurant when we're out and heat up her bottle that way.
  • My baby doesn't like her formula warm....she'll only take it a room temp. I warmed it up a while back and she wouldn't drink it.
