back labor??

I am 38+2 weeks. Been up all night with radiating back pain. It hurts so bad!!!! It is constant but intensifies in inconsistent intervals. Also, have very watery discharge. What you ladies think? Is it possible that I am in labor?? Should I contact my doc?

    Well, still got the persistent back pain and now some decent contractions! The doctor hasn't called me back yet. Hoping this is it but, hoping my DH makes it home before I need to go to the hospital. :( Anyone else have most of their contractions in their back??

    That wounded like me.. I was in labor for a week with back labor before they induced me.. The nurses kept asking me i'm I felt that contraction and I kept saying no because it was all in my back but I guess that I was having contractions that were off the screen..
