this might sound gross...

But I am having a hard time going# 2. Any suggestions on what I can take? I am 10 weeks pregnant. Help please this is horrible.

  • I find it easy 2 go after eating fruits and yogurt.

  • I found something random... if I drink a gatorade first thing in the morning I have no problem. Everyone is different though :) but I've heard a lot about colace as mentioned above! My doctor recommended it for me but I don't like to buy stuff like that...lol I switched to fruits and different methods. Kiwis are a great natural laxative ... lots of fruit and veggies
  • Dried apricots, prune juice, all bran buds, probiotic yogurts, and lots of water.

  • @moma2jojo I went threw the same thing now its a bad part n a good I drank things ate fiber n vegies even activia nothing really helped but the good thing was after about my 12th week I had diahreea so jus hang in there

  • @babymama30 I'm in your boat. But id rather be able to go than plugged up. Altho taco bell or mcdonalds will clear out a digestive system real quick!
  • Prunes worked well for me. It goes away later on in pregnancy anyway! Best of luck.

  • Dark chocolate is great and tastes yum too fruit especially kiwi and fibre foods oj also a good one.
  • @dobiemomma how long have u had diarrhea? Mines been going on for 2 weeks..and its always right when I wake up.
  • Senecot or viactiv work very well.
  • Milk for me cos im lactose intolerant & water lots of it
