pain, please help. another update.

Ladies, i need help. I had my precious baby on December 14. I am still having a lot of pain. I had blood work Tuesday (last week). My phone is shut off so i haven't been able to get the results. But yesterday i woke up and had a ton of pain on the right side of my belly button. And i don't know why. My headaches and dizziness still haven't gone away. I don't have anymore bleeding or discharge. I have already had my 1st period at 3 weeks pp. I really don't understand why im still hurting so much.

    Maybe there is still leftovers in there from having the baby? I know someone who had to get tissue removed. Maybe she can help to see if the symptoms are the same? @Mama_busy_bee

    I bled for 8 weeks, but no real pain just annoying spotting...I would call doc right away so they can do an ultrasound and check you...Mine ended up not being placenta tissue, but a scab from the placenta that wasn't healing properly so they burned it and tied my tubes during a D& C procedure. If you have pain thats emergency status! @angel26 thanks @fate

    @fate @mama_busy_bee im not bleeding anymore. Everything stopped a week ago. But pain is non stop. And this pain by my belly button hurts like hell.

    Could it be appendix related? I've heard that when you have appendicitis, the pain begins around the right side of your belly button.

    I don't know. I still have it. But i really don't know. It really hurts. Im debating going to insta care or er.

    Im going to go in to er. I was holding my baby on a boppy across my belly and there wasn't much pain. Then when she moved there was extreme pain. So im going to hospital. Thanks for all your input.

    I had the same issue! I think it was just my muscles around my belly button trying to go down and it HURT. My belly button was pretty jacked up after having my baby. Hope you are feeling better soon, call your OB!! oxoxoxox

    Hey ladies. I got out of er. I apparently have an ovarian cyst 2 inches in diameter. I don't know for sure but i doubt that is the only reason for pain. But it sure hurts like hell. They gave me 2 shots of morphine while i was there and i helped for literally 10 min each time.

    Im still hurting. The medication they gave me isn't even touching it. I am so tired of being in pain. I could cry and scream.

    @angel26 yep ovarian cysts can definitely cause a ton of pain

    I wasn't even comfortable. The dr i had said to follow up with ob in 4-6 weeks and that it will go away on it's own. But im not sure about that. Either my nurse wasn't telling him i was still in pain even after the iv pain meds. Cuz he only gave me ibprophan and a low dose of loratab that won't touch it.

    Yep I get them and Omfg they're horrible. Worst pain ever!

    Well I'm sorry ur in pain but a cyst is better than a hernia!! So that's good! But if u can't take the pain make ur appt with ob sooner! U don't Have to wait 4 weeks! Good luck girl!

    Im going to be trying to call my ob today. I know it hurts a lot and i can hardly take care of my kids (4,2,& 1month). They gave me ibprophan and low dose loratab. But they don't even touch the pain whatsoever. While i was in the er they gave me morphine and that didn't do anything for my pain or my headache that i had when i went in.

    Oh my gosh I'm so sorry your going through this and you have to run around taking care of the kiddos I hope the ob will be little more helpful I mean it sounds like they kind of brushed u off in the er I understand it goes away on its own but takes forever they should have done more to help with the pain.

    Hey ladies. My dr finally called my moms phone and spoke to her. She convinced my dr that something is wrong and that im in pain. So the dr called in a stronger medication. Also they are going to get me into an ultrasound within the next day or 2. Maybe they can find the source of pain. And fix it.

    Well i tried taking 2 of the loratab 5 and a ibprophan and im still hurting. Really starting to wonder what is wrong with me. Ugh. I hope the get an ultrasound scheduled very soon. So i can get this taken care of and stop being in pain. Even if it means having surgery to make it get better.
