Breastfeeding working moms

How often do you pump? And is it better to pump little bits a bunch of times a day or a lot a couple times a day. I pump ever 2 1/2 hrs and get about 4 oz each time but if I go to every 4 would I still get about the same amount??

    I wentback on January 9 n my supply dropped. I'm pumping every 3 n am going to try pumping every 2 now to get it back up

    I pump every 4 to 5 hours and get 6 oz every time. I wish i can pump every 2 hours but there's just too much to do at work.

    I pump every 2 to 3hrs n get about 4 to 6 oz... that's how much he drinks in his bottle as well he's 7m

    @roomfor1more wow.. my son is 3m and drinks 5 oz about every 3-5 hrs. He is very sporadic about it. I am pumping about 2oz more than he eats at daycare a day sometimes more.

    I try to pump every 4hrs. I usually pump before I go to work, come home half way during my shift and pump again & then when I come home, if she has eaten recently and I know she won't be hungry soon, then I pump. My lo eats around 4oz every 3-4hrs. Every time I pump I get about 6-7oz, it usually gets me two feedings out of it. I work 8hr shifts, I have not seen me supply slow down from me working or from only pumping once while I am at work. My lo is 2 months old.

    I pump every 3 hours and get 4 to 5 ounces combind from both breasts. So while I'm at work I pump like 3 to 4 times thank goodness they don't mind because I like to try and keep my supply up! I had to supplement with some formula today so I can catch up :( I absoltly hate giving him formula!!

    I pump right before I leave home, once during my lunch and again when I get off. I usually use the morning milk to feed him at grandmas. So the other two sessions yield anywhere between 10-15 ounces together. I too wish I could pump more, but I work with customers directly so I need to be available. But if my supply dipped I would add another session.

    I, tandem pump even I feed him in the mornings at 630 then double pump for 20 min at 11 then for 35 min at 1 then another 20 at 4.then tandem pump again at 630 and every feeding at night. And depending on if I'm drinking alot of water or not I usually can pump about 20 oz a day.
