First Born. Im 17wks. How do I know if my babys moving?

I have felt movements before but barely feels them. How do I know its happening?

    I can't tell exactly when my baby is moving either but the other day I was laying in bed and felt something that felt like gas and when I looked at my bare belly and saw something protruding from my belly its was weird at first but now its fun to look out for im approx 18 weeks and noticed the kicks last week :) also drink cold water or OJ that gets them hyped

    I'm 18 weeks also and have barely felt movements. Like I will think I feel something but I'm never sure because its never a very strong feeling.

    Not to worry honey....I'm 20 weeks and sometimes ur baby moves n u just can't feel it yet. I went to the doctor two days ago and found out its a boy. While she was doing my ultrasound he was doing somersalts and everything else and I didn't feel a thing so don't worry u will feel it soon.
