help! neck rolls

So I knew from when I had my first that you always have to make sure your lo's neck is clean. So im always cleaning under her neck but I think her rolls are causing chaffing and still can't keep it clean enough. Anyone have any tips??

My Dr gave me a cream to keep under her neck because she was getting a yeast infection under there. Since I've put it on her the redness is completely gone.

@gatorbob Thank you! I feel so stupid. Ive always wiped under her neck with a wet cloth and couldn't figure out why she started having problems. I wasn't drying it after and the moisture probably hurt her.
