home remedies to ovulate

So I started my period two weeks early :/I crazy heavy even kinda mks me think it mite of been a miscarriage....??

Any who my problem is ovulating I tried clomid one round n go back to the dRs on Thursday but anyone knO of any remedies besides prenatal vitamins n eating healthy

I heard grapejuice??? And some wild berry tea??? I really wanna conceive myself w out using any fertility pills...

I think there is a tea...? Not sure what else. Good luck to you. I have heavy periods but this last one i had was VERY heave too. Hmmm... Its frusterating! ive never heard the thing about grape juice. Most "juice" is loaded w sugar which i know it not too good while ttc.
