pregnant again?? (just had a baby)

I had my second son just exactly 6months ago...I also have a 20 month old son as well. We had them pretty close. Thinking to take a break after having 2 sections with both...so far so good. But my period have not come this month yet...its a week late. Scared to take a pregnancy test...I want kids but not ready for any just yet! What do I do? (And yes we do use protection)

@jdensma and @Janet_2011 yes we r using protection, wouldn't have used it if I really wanted another baby. We said we're ganna use protection when we need a break and that's what we been using. Maybe its late cuz I started working out no? Can period b late cuz of that?

I'm an athlete been doing ballet my whole life, and been running for fun and races with team for 8 years now and I went over a year without having my period. Sometimes theres just not enough body fat. But test anyways, good luck
