Diets that work

Anyone know a good diet to follow that works and is pretty easy and not to drastic? I want to join a gym but don't have the money. I have work out videos but Makenzie is crabby all the time and wont let me put her down (althoug these past 2 days have been AWESOME knock on wood)
So I thought if I could at least diet that would be a start.

  • The slimfast diet does but I got so tired of the bars so I jus started eating Wat I want a light breakfast an fruit an veggies through out the day but no sweets an a balanced supper an nuthn after 6 pm to eat an only drinkn water an I've lost jus as much as being on the diet

  • Atkins diet works if you're able to stick to it. I lost so much weight with it 4 years ago.
  • It's kinda hard but if you wanna lose weight fast, cut out all sugar and all "white" carbs. You can lose like 5 lbs a week. It's really hard though if your like me and live on carbs lol.
  • Cutting the carbs is good. It the moment you accept them back the. You can start to gain the weight back.

    On days when Ollie is grumpy is strap him to my chest in his carrier and do squats, and excersise bands work out...it's better than nothing and the extra weight from the baby helps!
  • Don't try fad diets. Eating healthy is quite simple and deep down we all know what food is good for us and what food isn't. Research on healthy eating on the internet is free and a membership at a gym can be as cheap as 10-20 a month. Or there are tons of at home workouts that don't require equipment or videos. Eat healthy, drink water and exercise.
  • I heard advocares 24 day challenge works wonders...a bunch of my friends have tried it and have lost at least a pound a day
  • My friend is on one that's called food lovers she got it off an infomerical she has lost a lot of weight so far.
  • If you have Android download the app my fitness pal. It's really great for tracking calories and exercise, even just walking.
