We found out we can't marry before he leaves. He will be 3,000 miles away. I can't just go see him. He may get 3-5 yrs. I'm such a wreck. I can't eat or sleep. I'm now sick. Has anyone been through this? I'm praying God let's him come home soon. I feel like my world is ending. I'm so thankful for my kids. My oldest is a huge help. The baby is fussy at times cause her daddy isn't here. I need all the prayer possible

    @armahnismommy thank you. I know it's hard for him. It's his 3rd strike. This also happened before we got together. His lawyer said 3 flat with Max out at 21 months but with flee charges who knows. I can do 21 just the thought of possible 3-5 scares the crap out of me. His baby's first birthday is next month. She is doing okay thank God. I'm handling it worse lol. I try to stay happy on the phone with him.

    it depends on the state. There it's not thank God! His lawyer said three flat a few months ago. So I'm praying no more than that. He wants to Max out so he has no parole. Here we don't have three strikes. Seriously with all his crap here he would be out 6 mos max

    My hubby just had to turn himself in tonight to do 6mos. I have been a wreck all day. When I got home without him I hyperventilated. I know how you feel. I am so sorry. I am here if you need to talk.

    I just don't want children services involved. I don't think they would but I don't know how it works. I just don't need anything else

    @proudmomma I am so glad it is only 6mos. He was sentenced to a year, but hooray for over crowding, cause it automatically was halfed. I am sorry he is so far away. At least I get to see hubby twice a week. I have finally calmed down and am actually thinking about going to bed. He was able to call me so taking to him for a bit helped ALOT. He could have very easily went to state prison. Anyways.... Let me know if you need to talk :)

    Well if he can't Max out I pray he comes home ASAP. On a positive note, kids get to go back to school!!!! My loans will be expunged
