sleeping problems plz help!!!!!!

I am 10 weeks and I haven't sleep right in days....b4 I got pregnant I was taking sleeping pills but I had to stop BC theyr nt safe for the baby. Does n e one know of n e thing I can take. I dnt c my doc for the 1st time next week but I cnt wait that long >:p

    Im 17wks n my dr said Tylenol pm but I would def ask dr b4 u take anything im in second trimester so its different for me then it is for u wht we can take,I call my dr all the time they hate me but better safe then sorry right?lol.good luck

    Tylenol PM is the same as Benadryl, but has Tylenol (acetaminphen) in it. I take the childrens liquid Benadryl so it gets into my system faster. I was on Ambien, I am still allowed it in very small increments as well as not being able to take them every night, only when I absolutely can't get to sleep otherwise. So I already had the 10mg pills, so my doctor told me to cut them into 4 pieces. I have always had insomnia, but it seems to have gotten worse, mostly because every little noise makes me wake up&check on my kids. Mommyhood, lol!

    LOL it's 3 am and I'm still up...it sucks cause I have to b up at 6 to go to Wrk. I try to take a nap wen I get off but it nva wrks...I'm definitely going to pick up both tomorrow n c witch 1wrks better
