Driving after c section

How long did you wait to drive after your c section?

    i waited ten days and then only short journeys for another week x

    My stepmother waited about two days and my daughter's godmother waited about five days.

    You're supposed to wait 4 weeks. Going around turns etc tighten & hurt the muscles they just sliced open. Plus, if you were to be in a wreck it could do a lot of damage. I waited the 4 weeks, but as long as you are comfortable & not hurting, it would probably be okay. Just be careful

    Im from uk and here were told to wait 6weeks! i waited just over 4 and cldnt stand not being able to drive n e more!

    I waited 2 Weeks, that's what doc recommended

    My husband was deployed and i was alone so.i could only wait about a week

    My doctor said two weeks with both of my csections and I waited the full two weeks both times. I didn't want to risk having to get more stitches or having a longer recovery time.
