cyst vs. matured follie??

Anybody know the diff?? when i went in yesterday cd 11 i had two big Follies one in each ovary! one measuring 20.9 mm the other 21.0 mm Dr said there big but hes also concerned it might be a cyst? im having horrible pain and starting to think it might a cyst? =( he wants me to go back on fri morning cd14 to see if it has disappeared, if it did i ovulated if its still there most likely its cyst! does anybody know anything about this???

    it even hurts to hold a lil bit of my pee! not like the pain of an uti but really bad cramps like something is about to pop in there

    Maybe your ovulating now and having O pains? Those would be big follicles and you'd be oing any time! Do you temp or take opks?

    i take opk nothing so far! i even feel like calling my dR ive nver felt pains like these! :-ss

    I think that's the clomid then... Now that I read the pee remark, that's happening to me too. Like i can't have anything in my bladder or cramps tie me up. But as soon as I pee, it goes away. Idk mama... Weird. Maybe its just cause you've got such big follies? You can FEEL them when your bladder gets full????????

    I was in the same situation as you. I went in and they found a follicle measuring 21 they told me to BD that night and for the next few nights. Well when I went back in the next month after I got a BFN they discovered the follicle was a cyst and had gotten even bigger. They stopped my clomid and put me on the pill for 3 months to see if they can shrink the cyst. Well it didn't work I ended up having surgery to have it removed. On my next cycle after the surgery I got pregnant with 50mg clomid and an IUI. My son is now 6 months old. I do remember having lots of pain with the cyst but it was tolerable now yours maybe worse since you have 2 that are large. Well I hope I was able to help you a bit, I hope those are just large follicles and u get ur BFP!! Goodluck!! Keep us updated!
