pains in my lower back til my ankle

It feels like my bones hurt.. every bone in my body hurts. I am 3 1/2 months pregnant. With the pain I can't stay still I can't sleep and I'm scared to walk.. anyone have a clue why I'm getting these pains... any help would be great thanks

Yup sciattica. I went to physical therapy. I was already 8 months when I had trouble. I couldn't walk. Should be a lot easier for u, since they don't have to pile up 8 pillows for ur belly to go between, lol!!!

I had sciattica since I was 14 years old. Sucks. But actually you can stretch, and use warm compressions, and hot baths. Should help
