twitching baby

My little Logan twitches while sleeping. My other two kids do it too, but as they got older it isn't as bad. My question is bc Logan seems to twitch alot more than the other two, do you think he would grow out of it? Anyone else have a baby that does this? My fiance said bc he is still developing that is why he does it...I'm not sure if he is just saying that to make me feel better or if its true.

    just left the hospital because my daughter does this, but she's awake. the doctors said that they should out grow it

    Oh ok...yeh I was wondering if its something I should get him checked for. Like I said the other two grew out of it but Logan is like two times worse. Its scary bc it seems like seizures but I know its not. He only does it when he is in a deep sleep.

    Okay I know this is a weird comparison, but dogs twitch in their sleep all the time and there is nothing wrong with them. I know a baby isnt a dog lol, but It just leads me to believe that its probably very normal

    @DavidnAadynsMama lol,I know that its pretty normal but he twitches a heck of alot more than the other two did. I dunno maybe I'm just worried, I always tend to think the worst...that there could be a prob or something...lol I'm so paranoid. But thx for responding:)

    My son did tons of twitching when he was a new born. My ped.said it was because the muscle was still developing (so your husband wasn't lying)

    @PregnantELF I asked today at my other sons appt bc the Dr asked how the baby was doing and right away he was like oh yeh that's normal...phew I feel better:) that makes sense. About the muscles developing.

    Maybe he's a strong dreamer :) and my hubby twitches in his sleep, so I wouldn't think it'd be abnormal for a baby!

    @RedShade0 Yeh my fiance does and so do the other kids, but the baby is like super twitcher lol. So that's why I was concerned bc the twitches are so strong. I don't know he is together different from the others so maybe that's why, lol.

    Is he around screaminhg ? Babies do that when i took Jake to hospital for it we found out it was the nebulizer side effects but the doctor did ask me if there was screaming I.

    @SalasMommy I have a two year old who does scream but its not constant. I mean he is a typical two year old. But normally its pretty quiet around our house. My daughter did twitch also and she wa our first child. At that point it was only me and my fiance and we are both quiet people. No loud music and as far as yelling or anything we really don't do that.
    I did ask my Dr and he said its normal bc babies muscles aren't developed yet and it does eventually stop. My daughter isn't as bad anymore and my two year old isn't doing it as much. My fiance does also twitch as he falls asleep so maybe it is inherited. It's just that the baby seems to be doing it really bad. We go to the Dr again today so I'm gonna double check with him.
