  It looks like yoü have a reaction to something hun. Iv had one similar and it took almost a month to disappear! And it spread all over my body but it was not serious, but have a check with your gp

  I have to agree with the other ladies it looks like an allergic reaction to something.

  It will go away on its own, take benadryl for the itching & etc.
