Were moving out of this trailer on 5-11! We. Have been in the process of buying it shortsale since dec and the seller offered to rent it to us for 300$ plus utilities untill it closes!!! We have a rental agreement and he agreed if, for some reason it forecloses before our sale goes through, he will return our deposite (only $400) so we can move, but I don't think that will happen

is a 4 bed 2 bath 2 car garage..hardwood and tile floors! Big yard for our dog and a swing set for Lilly!! I'm so stoked, just wanted to share!!
