Did you have a baby between 1 day and about 6 months ago?
Do you cry or are you depressed over things you normally wouldn't be?
Does your emotions go up and down?
I would say if you answers "Hee" to either 1 or all of these you have the baby blues!

Usually baby blues is only for like two weeks after baby comes. So if you have it, it'll be over sooner than later. Sometimes it turn into PPD though!

my Lo is 4 weeks today. I think it might just have been a rough few days, Idk we shall see.
