@Kimberly4411 Yes You have to try to make it fun, I know it seems easier said than done. Take a favorite toy, sing a favorite song. Try letting here lay on the deck on her belly (make sure you stay with her) and splash with her hands. I hope this helps
Ok... I'm not trying to be negative but I guess when you say "Im not trying to", you probably will be. But what do you guys think about this?
My doctor said that babies under 6 month should not swim in the pool. The chlorine is to strong for their skin and eyes.. also the sun ray reflects exctra off of pool water creating sunburns. Also babies that young shouldn't be in water.that length of time.
I'm actually jealous because I wanted to take my LO swimming at 3 months and my doctor broke my little spirts.
@YNVTiah That's great info and would be true in that situation. I took my daughter into a pool indoors, that is also low chlorine. The pool is used for swim lessons of small children, and is also a medical pool. I work there or as a parent I probly wouldn't trust how clean everything is, but because I do I took her.
Most small pools that are warm are low chlorine because of small children, the disabled, and older people.
