I stopped slowly. I went to two a day and than eventually i couldnt stand thinking about smoking. It made me want to throw up everytime I thought about it. just have faith in urself that u can do it..

Omg I had to quit when I got pregnant. It was so hard to quit at first and then my nausea wouldn't let me even be near cigarettes without wanting to loose my lunch. How far along are you?
I chewed a lot of gum I found that it helps me or u can get electric smokes with zero nicotine but the whole smoke inhale and all that effect good luck u can do it
