I walk everyday for about 30 mins. I do the elipticle for 30mins per day except sunday along with crunchs, jumping jacks, an zumb. I pay every month for my gym membership but cant go cuz my daughter wont stay in the daycare..she screams
@Kindell my baby was born premature so I had to stop going to the gym because I didn't dare leave him at the daycare. I like to run, but never that far. The training is brutal, but it has taken the weight off
I wish i could exercise I'm scared to bc I'm preggo but i love to run I could run for an hour and a half straight before o for pgnt with my son. I was really athletic back then waaa
@salasmommy u can work out. I Dance ballet for a company and have done so for 12 years and I was still dancing all my classes 2 days before I went into labor and I'm also a runner which I do long distance I was doing that all the way through as well the last 3 weeks I was prego I just did like 3 miles runs. Is actually very good for you and it sure helped me recover faster after I had my daughter.
@trixiesmom8 I'm a litttle scared to try maybe when i get to 20wks or something ill feel better. I just get paranoid. @jules woww! That's awesome your one athletic mom! My doctor told.me with my son I could keep running bc its something I had been doing for a while but I was scared. So i didnt.
