I have had my niece who's 6 since august. My sister does nothing but sit on her butt and doesn't work. She never knows where she's gonna live month to month. We get food stamps for her but that's about it.
@mama_kat he is ordered to pay support to my sister, but he owes. He's useless I stopped asking him to help, every time it's always he doesn't have any money.
