Is beechnut brand baby food accepted? This is the first time using the Wic checks for my sons baby food and I seem to have misplaced the booklet that tells you what brands are accepted :X
Yes i have wic in pa and i get those because they have stage 2 1/2 and my lo isn't quite ready for 3 and is no longer interested in stage 2 and i can get things that are mixed like apples and carrots or sweet potatoes and zucchini or one item flavors but i always make sure i look for the wic sticker underneath each kind just to be sure but i don't know if every store has those wic labels.
@kimalee2288 Where at in Pa are you?? lol just being nosey. I've been giving my son stage two for a couple weeks now and it seems like he is getting bored with it. How old is your lo?? Is there a big differnce in the stage 2 and 2 1/2?
@mijita I didnt know that wic didnt accept organic. Thats disappointing
Well I worked for WIC here in AZ and those were our guidelines; however @kimalee2288 is saying they accept 2 1/2 and the mixed variety. PA, may be slightly different, refer to the nutritional guide they provide you with. I would love the organic option!
@kimalee2288 We're in Johnstown... I'm going to guess probably about three hours or less away. I have some family in Hanover...is that close to you? I know they're close to the maryland border.

Oh, and meet the size and stage requirement (i.e. Stage 2, and 4 oz).
