really bad cramps after sex

Last night cycle day 15; damn I thought I was going in labor how hard these cramps were...it didn't hurt during intercourse but after. It lasted all night like uterus was contracting I woke up today still cramping n sore! Has anyone had this

    Did you have a cyst rupture??? I've had pain after sex before but not mid cycle like that... Usually towards the end and its my period starting.

    Bad pain is all I know... An ultrasound should be able to tell you I would think... But maybe its to late now. I'm not sure honestly!!!

    cd 18 i should be 4-6 dpo not suRe; lower abdominal/ uterus? still slighty soRe feeling a lil light headed for the past couple of days..thats it!
