nothing on the ultrasound??

I went to the clinic today n had un ultrasound but their was nothing?? And the doctor didn't explain y I think I'm aprox. 4 weeks 3 days I asked a friend and she said its too urly to see or hear anything is this true I'm literly going crazy ?? They said something about me going in so they can check my hormones thursday?? What are they talking about?? I feel lost I need to to get a personal doc. Asap

    Can't see anything until roughly six weeks.

    Yeah its too soon. The baby is like the size of a poppy seed or something so just give it a few weeks

    They did seen anything foe me until about 7 weeks.

    Don't panic. My first ultrasound showed nothing too, now I'm 11w2d, and everything is great so far. They will check your hcg levels and then again in about two days. It can be stressful but try to stay calm bc its the best thing for you if you are pregnant. Did they do a transvaginal ultrasound?

    Yes they did that ultrasound n nothing.. What does the hcg level mean n has to do with??

    Don't worry my first one was about 2 1/2 weeks ago I was about 4 weeks saw nothing, went back last week saw a sac and a little dot, and I went yesterday @ 6 weeks and heard the heartbeat.:) so it's too early still. The hcg test is blood work they do to check your pregnancy hormone level the number should double in 48 hours.

    If u go to baby2see.com it shows u ultrasound pics throughout pregnancy, not sure if 4 wks even registers so it may not be on there but its really informative n interesti

    When I was 4weeks I got to see my baby and it was a stick my doctor told me and I got an ultrasound picture of it. That is werid that your doctor couldn't see anything

    Yea I thought so too but I guess we are all dif. During our pregnancies? At least I'm praying thats all it is :/

    Yea that is too, know I have to deciede if I should get a new doctor because my doctor wont delievery in my town and I would have to go 45 mins away if I want the same doctor to delievery my baby

    The doctor will cont to see me in my town but when it comes to my going into labor I have a choice to go to a different town for him to delievery my baby or stay in my town to delievery my baby. The thing is through both my baby's dad and me have elder grandparents that wont want to travel so far away to see their great grandchild

    I had my ultrasound today too!!! And I am also 4weeks and it did not show up and I got my HgC today and I am going to go back in two days to make sure its going up! Stay positive chica everything will be perfect!!!

    Yeah its too early:) wait a couple of weeks and youll see your little bundle:) I had my first us today im 9wks & 3dys got to see my little squirt and saw the heart beat but they didnt let me hear it:( but its there! :) hang in there all will be okay prayers for you:)!

    I'm 6 wks and have to go back next wk bc we could only see the sac. Don't stress. It's just too early. The ultrasound tech was annoyed that I even had an appt this early bc she said it was a waste if time before 7 wks.

    Thanks ok I feel better! Its because the clinic is really busy so they dont really explain anything?
