novenber due worried about miscarry

I can't sleep I am so worried about miscarriage I am six weeks tomorrow any helpful hints on how to get over the worrying

  • Were in thesame boat . All my friends tell me don't stress, think positive, don't worry. Try eating ur favorite snack like ice cream or watch a funny movie, or write in a journal.

  • I completely understand. I'm almost five weeks and worry constantly about miscarrying. I had a miscarriage in September at ten weeks and it was shocking, so now I am having a hard time even getting excited.
  • Just be positive, at the end of the day uve got a little bean growing in you and u shud just be positive. The more stress and worry u have, the bigger the baby gets itll start picking up your feelings, just take day by day and be hopeful! You should be fine.
  • The more you worry the more stressed you get. No need to even think those thoughts, be happy....trust in your body...allow yourself to be immensely ecstatic!
  • I lost my last pregnancy at 8 wks and I just found out I'm preggo again! Im exited but also really worried.. I know what's meant to be will be. Ur not alone!
  • I am exactly the same and v frustrated as i have suffered with anxiety before and been treated so now the slightest concern i have about the baby and i get told not to worry etc. Easier said than done when u have another seven weeks til scan and have to wait til November to know its ok!
  • My mom gave me some good advice because I was worried about the same thing she told me that what ever happens is going to happen and that I have no control over it so just to make the most of everyday. I'm due November. I do drive my husband crazy because I do baby myself because I just want to keep my growing baby in.
