I think its my appendix

I've been sick since Monday very dizzy throwing up and a sharp pain on my right side of my abdomen I thought maybe its just pregnancy since im 7 weeks but im starting to think its my appendix. Has anyone ever experience this? Do you think if it is I can have it removed during pregnancy?

Im pretty sure they can operate while your prego. if u think its your appendix then you need to go to the er right away. if your appendix bursts it can kill you. the pain is like on your lower right side and the pain is unbearable. i had my appendix removed 3 years ago.
