Full Term. Yay!

I am officially 37 weeks pregnant with my second today. Glad to have made it this far, in the home stretch now! I keep telling myself just 3 weeks to go, but let's be honest, it's the longest few weeks of your life! I'm hoping she comes a bit sooner because I have been getting inconsistent contractions for the past week or so, but we'll see what happens at my appointment on Monday. My son came at 37-38 weeks so let's hope my little girl isn't stubborn! Anyone else at this point? Are you getting similar pains? Excited? Nervous? Please share! :-)

    I am 36 w 1 day with my third boy and I had contractions every 20 minutes all day yesterday. But then they fizzled out :( My first two came at 38 weeks and I'll be really excited if this one wants to break out at 37. Next Tuesday I think I'll start jogging and riding in the back of pick up trucks on rutted dirt roads ;)

    Sounds like it would be frustrating if he decided to stay in past his due date! :L I know what you mean about the activity, I've been trying to walk and entice my partner as much as possible, but since last week I feel like I've been slapped in the face with exhaustion! LOL.

    Fortunately or unfortunately, I can't decide, he can't stay in past his due date. My first two were csections (I have an uncooperative cervix) so this one is scheduled for Mar 30. I'd rather him pick his own bday but....

    I have 12 days until my due date, but I feel like she is never going to get here. My 3 older kids were all here by now and this one is being a slowpoke, which isn't making me very happy. I've been having inconsistent contractions for 3 weeks now and its very frustrating. Not to mention I'm chasing a 2 yr old all day long, up half the night cuz I can't sleep more than 2 hrs at a time, plus my 8 & 5 yr olds, the housework....ugh..all meanwhile dh works 3rd so he sleeps most of the day away.

    I'm 37 weeks 2 days and my doc just told me I'm at 2 1/2 cms. Like you,I've had some decent contractions lately but they don't stay regular. My first was born are 41 weeks and my second came at 38 weeks.
    It'll be over soon for us and we will be holding our babies in no time. Just walk and relax as much as you can.

    Oh close to me then! :-) just sick of feeling well sick all the time haha. But you're right hopefully we'll be holding our babies soon. Just fingers crossed my appointment on monday is my last, otherwise the next one would be when i'm 41 weeks! Ahhh lol.

    I know the aches and pains are annoying but the end is always more painful. My next appt is also on Monday, so it'll be interesting to see what progress happens. Are you dilated yet at all?

    I live in the UK so they don't actually check if you're dilated unless i'm in labour, think my waters have broken or until I go overdue! Lol it'd be nice to know if I was though. Do you think you would have dilated more since your last check? :-)

    i'm 36 wks 4days and I haven't feel anything like the contractions ppl describe...this is my first...sometime i feel pressure when i sit up and slide out of bed or a chair, and the occasional sharp stab when i stand up but nothing else...i hope this baby stays until my due date, I'm kind of not ready to let go :p

    Oh,I didn't know they didn't check your cervix. Well last Wednesday I was only 1/2 cm dilated and today im 2 more cms.So hopefully next Monday ill be at least a 3.
