Me and my bf have been trying for months to get pregnant and nothing has happened yet. Does anyone have any sugesstions to help us? Please. We want to start a family as soon as possible.
Track your ovulation and have sex every morning from the day you end your period to a week before you start it. After sex, stay laying down and put a pillow underneath your butt for 20 minutes to a half hour so the semen has time to travel and stay inside you. Missionary position is said to be the best as well. Good luck!
Lol honestly quit trying sounds silly right well I lost my son may last year so in the end of June we started trying to conceive again and nothin for months so I quit I was like maybe I will just get out in birth control for a while idk what's going in but I'm done trying I decided this in December about a week after my period was over and was going to start the bc in January well period never came. That's when it always happens us once you've stopped trying but like lala123 said I used my days and from the time it says fertile before ovulation sex every other day NOT EVERYDAY. it doesn't give sperm the time to mature enough. So I would try that if you just can't being yourself to stop thinking about it lol cuz its hard but every other day and don't go pee right after wait a little bit.
I heard if u take mucinex or robitussin 5 days b4 u ovulate and a couple days after it can help u get pregnant. Helps thin out ur cervical mucus making it easier for sperm to get to the egg. I tried it this month but dont know if it helped... will find out next week.
