A dream come true!
Two years ago my husband and I bought our house. Its a3 bedroom 1 bath. We loved it... Well my mon and step dad had made comments about selling us their house awhile ago. They have a big open concept 3 bed 3 bath home. Well in may my step dads grandpa passed away and let almost EVERYTHING TO HIS NAME to him. He was 96 years old had money just laying around. Well just within the last week we have been talking about it again. He needs to talk to his account wednesday if everything is good.. We well be putting our house up for sale. Its like a dream come true! For 5 years we will be making out payments to them with a 1.5% interest rate. Then after the 5 years we will completely buy it! I can have my own day care in the house. Our I might find a family who needs a nanny because its a great area!
Anyway sorry so long I'm just so excited and I need some prayers that it will woirk and we can sell our house fast!

@starrxoxo9 its a great feeling to own something! We looked for houses for a year and found this house. Fell in love and got it. We have been wanting to move but had nothing pushing us to do so. But now we do!
