Anyone ever used one? I was thinking of getting one so when I can be at the gym I have that and my other stuff

    I have one. I admit ive never stuck to it for more than a week. However, my mom used one for a couple months and i could see a huge change in her. I really need to use mine and stick to it. Youtube has some videos for different ways to use it.

    @mommyof3girls I noticed people say if you are under 5'4 then you cant use it. Is that true?

    Hmm... Ive never heard that. Im 5'8. I dont think that would b true. My 7 yr old has played on it before and i would think it would work for almost any height but i guess im not real sure.

    I'm 5'2 and I have no trouble using mine. I can say it really does work if u stick to it.
