Blisters, help?

I started working a "waitress" type job, and over 2 weeks, I have 5 blisters.

How can I ease the pain/tenderness? I have weird bunion feet that I HATE, so shoes are hard to shop for. My left bunion is smaller than my right, so each shoe fits different.

Maybe cover them with bandaids before putting your shoes on?? And put some neosporin on so they heal. Blisters suck
