Contractions lasting longer than 90 seconds UPDATE

I haven't gotten any sleep tonight..I've been contracting on and off, and now they are about 11mins apart, but are lasting way longer than 90 seconds.

I don't know what I should do..should I wait until there 3-4 mind apart? Or just go in?

Make a call into L&D and explain whats been going on

its there job to help out pregnant women and all our questions
