please help possibly pregnant again!

So im going to take a test later but any advice now would be great to ease my mind! So i got the mirena iud in 6 weeks after having my son (who just turned 1 the end of august) and i havent gotten it checked since a month after i got it in. And i have been breastfeeding until like two weeks ago ( i know bf isnt a reliable bc) but im worried that the mirenas not working and breastfeeding kept me not preggo for the year so i just never thought about it. BUT the last two days i have been feeling nausua,most of the day (the same kind of sick that i felt with my son, kinda like if u havent ate in a really long time and u feel sick) but i keep eating and my stomach still feels empty and sick. I dont want to jump to conclusions yet, but do u think i may be preggo?? But also, the last twp nights i have only gotten like 2hrs of sleep each night, could that make me feel sick like this?? ANY OPINIONS WOULD BE AWESOME THANK YOU!

    Lack of sleep could be it or a stomach virus. Def test to ease your mind tho

    If you feel inside your vagina, can you feel the IUD strings? If not, I'd worry some, but if you can, I wouldn't be too scared. I never had a period or anything when I had the Mirena, so that isn't really reliable for knowing.

    @RTMommy i felt in their and i could feel it but it wasnt strings hanging down it almost felt like something connected from one side to the other like half or a circle (if that makes sense, but not hanging down just on my cervix?) And the weird thing is, is that i havent had one period since getting the iud, but i got one right after i stopped breastfeeding... (does that mean anything?)

    Hmm. Sounds weird. You should feel the strings unless the IUD came out or migrated. I'd make an appt with your OB soon to double check if I were you.

    @RTMommy so i just took a test from the dollar store and it said negative.. r those test pretty reliable?

    @RTMommy also i check for the strings probably 2 to 3 hours ago and now im kinda cramping.. is that normal??

    Yes $ tree test work just as well as others

    Cramping shouldn't be from checking unless you were unusually rough with yourself. :/

    @RTMommy hey so im reallyyy sorry i keep tagging you and asking you all these questions! But i have one morE! Lol so i stopped the spotting i was having at probably a week or so ago.. but today when i wiped it was super slimy (timi sorry) discharge that had brown in bright red in it... what would that mean?

    Could mean a lot of things. Could just be left over discharge. If your IUD came out, could be implantation bleeding. That's why it's important you make an OB appt to make sure it's where it should be...or else you very well could get pregnant.
