Oh wow I know this sounds mean but with my son I had to hold his nose so he would swallow or blow in his face that will make them swallow. that sucks, I know you don't have family close but is there a friend that may be able to watch the kids?
@second_time_mommy7 all my friends have kids and I don't want to pass this on. My neighbor took Connor for about an hour yesterday and said she will again tomorrow afternoon. Jacks sleeping now so I'm praying it's at least for a couple hours
Oh yea that would be bad. Hurry get in the shower!!!! Lol hopefully it will be gone soon, praying Conner doesn't catch it. Noah never did catch Callie's virus. Which was good but I didn't understand how it was a virus and no one else got sick. Is Conner already in bed?
@second_time_mommy7 yes. They are both in bed. I got a quick shower because I didn't know how long Jack would sleep. Connor says he's not feeling good. I'm not sure if is because Jack is sick or his getting it. He didn't even eat his popcorn and that's not like him. That boy LOVES popcorn. He asked for it then only ate a few bites. He asked for water and said his throat is sore. I hope he's ok in the morning because his supposed to have a pony ride and pics at school tomorrow. I'm sure he is getting it tho. He's never asleep by now
Oh no... I hope not poor babies. Did you say anything about Jack's throat hurting that he may have heard? He may be saying it to get attention since jack is getting all of the attention right now. Hopefully that's all it is. Glad you got your shower:)
@second_time_mommy7 he was at the Dr when she was talking about jacks throat. I hope he's just trying to get attention. I can't handle 2 sick kids alone.
Ok good, fingers crossed! Him not wanting his popcorn and going to bed early are not good signs but maybe he was just wore out today! Is Jack still sleeping ok?
Try a popcicle... If he will eat that then freeze some formula into a popcicle for him. My daughter had her tonsils removed and ice pops was all she wanted..
@second_time_mommy7 Connor was good today. Jack seems to be feeling better but not eating alot and won't really drink either. It takes him over an hour to finish a 4 oz bottle when it used to only take 5 seconds.
That's exactly how Callie was. She never did go back to drinking her milk in one sitting. She likes to just have her cup sitting out and drink it when she wants to! Is his fever gone now?
