I left it on for an hour n 10 mins lol I was ready to go out to eat with my mom so I took it off early. I was gonna leave it on for 2 hours but yeah I'm hungry lol I lost an inch on hips and half inch around my tummy belly button area and my rib area stayed the same
That's exactly why I attempted it. But now I'm on day 3 of working out and drinking more water. Hoping I can keep it up. Need to work on eating better @caroline8_p

Use a sweat band/wrap that goes around tge tummy (5 bucks at walmart) or ace bandage.
