Weird pain

I'm 12 wks and today I'm having some feels like cramping on my left side that goes to my back it's not constant comes and goes only on the left side what could it be?

Yes captivated I called my dr and that's what they told me what can u do about it?

If it is round ligament pain there isn't much you can do for it. Rest. Try a warm bath and tylenol. Sucks. :-(
