    @Martin not sure if its where she got it from but tlc has a show about bringing baby home in the first few weeks :) I think tlc..Idk but I've watched it before it gives you a look into other couples (birth-first month or so.)

  I saw that you have been ttc for 16 months. I just got my bfp this month after 2 yrs ttc, so I know what you are going through. Was wondering, have you had any fertility tests done?     What is an HSG test? I see 2 specialist the one who will deliver the baby & the fertility specialist. Fertility is the one who put me on bc to kickstart my system which put me in a world of pain :( then he put me on chlomid :) I had blood drawn tues & am waiting for results. Congrats on ur bfp! That's very exciting!

    Hsg is where they shoot dye into you uterus through your cervix and they take xrays as the dye flows through your tubes to your ovaries. Its to make sure that everything is flowing like it should be. There is a 40% increased chance of getting preggo in the first three months after having it done. Supposedly it "cleans out the cobwebs" like if there is anything small blocking your tubes. It worked for me after 2 yrs ttc, I got preggo 3 days after the test. I tried clomid for 2 cycles and developed 3 HUGE ovarian cysts. Apparently I was already ovulating and didn't need it. Google HSG test and you can see all the stories of women that get preggo after the test! Good luck to you. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm happy to help.
