@wilsomom wow that was an awesome read!!

I'd be mad too. Stealing is stealing, even if it's a penny. However, I'd be more concerned about the fact that she felt so desperate to drink due to "depression" that she had to steal from her own sister. That's a big red flag if she was s…

I bet she'll do great :) We have that mothering instinct from such a young age. I watched a show about unassisted births (on TLC I think) and when the babies are born they are just so calm and content. I think we tend to underestimate mother nature,…

That's good!! Better safe than sorry :)
-
Do you think it will be scary for her if your in a lot of pain?
-
Wow Vinessa that's amazing!! I would love to do a homebirth next time but idk if I'd be brave enough to do it alone!!! You're one strong mama!! I was just wondering yesterday if you knew what you were having. Thats so exciting!! Are you going to hav…

Nothing new, but I'm happy the new season of Big Bang Theory seems funnier than last year!! The only other show I follow is Teen Mom which is insanely embarrassing to admit lol.
-
I can see what you mean, I'd check with his pedi just to be sure but I doubt it's anything serious. Side note: He is crazy adorable!!!!!! :)
-
Hahaha aww!! She's a doll :)
-
There's that smile!!! Happy birthday Nyla!! :X

Yeah I also meant actually sleeping with the baby in your bed. That's @perly's "secret"lol. My daughter slept like @excitedforoctober's son.
-
Try introducing her to the food BEFORE you actually put it in front of her to eat. For example, my daughter has this puzzle and one of the pieces has a carrot on it and I'll say "yummy carrot!!" And what do you know, I made chicken stew a…

I agree with @excitedforoctober and @perly. I wish I would have coslept with my daughter from day one. I would have avoided many sleepless nights and frustration. The first night we accidentally fell asleep together (when she was about 4wks) we both…

She could have a yeast rash. Try clotrimazole cream (will be labeled as athletes foot cream or antifungal cream) with a&d ointment over it. If it's yeast, that combination will clear it up within 24 hours. My daughter went through a period of ti…

Holy cow!!!! Lucky girl!! At this rate it's gonna be down to her feet by the time she's 4! ;)
-
Yep that's it lol. I went through a one month period with my daughter where EVERY poop was an explosion. The only way to avoid it was by holding her upright as it happened lol.
-
@fate I was thinking the same thing.. if 120 is overweight then at 140 I must be obese lol.
-
@nylasmommy hahahhahaha!!! The 2nd time I changed Tessa she was on the couch and I didn't realize she wasn't done and she sprayed poop allllll over my arm, the couch, and a pile of like 10 new diapers!! I just froze and didn't know what the hell to …

Aww! I remember saying to my bf: "I can't believe it's already been a whole week since I had her!!". Now it's been 2 years!! The time just flies by, it's crazy.
-
Lol that is not a poop explosion. When he poops so much and so fast that it's coming up out of the neckhole of whatever he's wearing, you will have experienced a true poop explosion ;)
-
Oh and she usually has a waffle and fruit or scrambled eggs and toast or fruit for breakfast. Sometimes pancakes or french toast. Any kind of sandwich for lunch (grilled cheese, pb & j, turkey), and whatever we eat for dinner she eats too. For s…

Tessa turned 2 in august and I don't have a strict schedule but our days are generally all about the same. We wake up between 7-8 and eat within an hour of getting up. If I don't have errands to run we just do normal toddler activities (coloring, pl…

I have the fisher price luv u zoo high chair. I love it. It's very gender neutral and my daughter is 2 and still uses it all the time. The cover is easy to wipe down and it is machine washable. I think it was $80 or $90.

Yeah jaundice is very common in newborns. I had it when I was born and had to stay in the nicu for 9 days after I was born. Glad you're home now!! When that baby naps you nap too!!! :)
-
Omg that is absolutely horrific. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope your family gets closure and can find peace ♡
-
Congratulations!!! :)
-
@natashalynn I wonder if regular tissue paper would work then! Like just the plain white kind.
-
Basically everything @littlefae said lol!! No epi for me and if I have a second baby it will be the same, and possibly a home birth.
-
Adorable ♡ Nyla is always so serious lol

What are your kids names already?
