  Hi there! I read u are a massage therapist...quick question. I had a 30min massage today at work on one of those massage chairs where u kneel and rest on ur chest, she worked on mostlt my upper back, low back a little and pulled my arms and what not....only after I had it did I read that massage can be bad during pregnancy, I did not know this. Now I'm worried, should I be?

    Hehe it is definatly home to me... And the winter time is much better hehe. It was neat to live somewhere for a few years though. Definatly slower paced compared to here.

  I finally have my first appt tomorrow. I should be about 10.5 weeks. I don't really know what to expect. My endocrinologist did blood work, so I already know that I am Rh +...but other than that....what can I expect?
