safe cold medicine?

My doctor had told me sudafed & robotussin are safe for me to take, but after 4 days I've seen zero improvement. I'm aching as is & don't want this damn cold anymore. Someone please help! What else can I take?

    MMy first appointment. Papers has this meds on them says it is OK to take while u r pregnant as long as ur not allergic

    Doctors do not recommend you take any kind of medicine for a cold except maybe tylenol. That's what my doctors told me

    Since I've posted this, I went to the doctors. I was told I'm allowed sudafed & robitussin. But I tried them & neither worked, so I was prescribed a z-pack & nasal spray.
