Have any of y'all ladies started exercise or still do after u find out ur pregnant??

  • I started doing little ones, like lifting little weight & doing squats most baby books show yu what you can do
  • I just try to walk atleast 3 days a week I dont do much regular exercise I didnt do much before I was preggo just stretching and jogging

  • Its dancing but with no stunts or anything that indangers ur child. Its really sexy but not stripper like lol.
  • I was runner before pregnancy and hadto stop for the first 14 weeks of pregnancy because I was so sick and tired. I now try to work out a little every day. I hike, go for easy jogs, gentle yoga or water exercise. Most gyms or YMCA's have some sort of prenatal exerise to look into.
