cant seem to choose a name

Want my one and only lil girl to be names something meaningful... grandmothers name is petra I hate it... but she wants me to name her lucero I hate it sounds like a boy name but means bright light or star...I love the name Amelie for the first name maybe or teagan.. trella also means star. Confused any body have names that would mean star

    Dont know about names that mean star..what about a commonly used traditional family name? Or someone in the families middle name.. my husband has the same first and last as his uncle so dont do that lol but maybe an old family name

    Name her Starr! Its unique. I know of only one person with that name, and all her kids name have to do with astrology, she's pretty and not weitd. Lol

    I love Lucero and Trella. In Spanish it would Estrella.

    @grnfish73 Ya I like trella because its short for estrella... but lucero? The actress is beautful but people that aren't hispanic will butcher the name?? Glad someone likes it though...
    @kerrideern... wow thanks for these now to try to put something together...
    Due may 22nd but they want to take her 2+ weeks early

    Yw! Is right... seren is up there I may have to ignore family they r just so excited sense this is the first girl in the family.. I have 3 boys all cousins have 1-2 boys... so I'm just going nuts over here wiith the family can't imagine how crazy it will be when she's finally here... it'll be lik the 80s fighting over cabbage patch kids :-)
