after baby is born and u return bak to work

I kno most places r six week but I feel like that's to early to put a newborn baby in day care....what u guys think???

    IA law is 8 wks. However my work place allows up to 12 wks. Just see if you can get a longer leave

    If you haave worked for a year and they have enough people in the company you could qualify for FMLA that should give u 3 months. I really don't want to leave my baby at a daycare but there isn't another way. Or if u know anyone else that has a baby and you trust, the 2 of u could split a nanny cost to get a more one on one interaction. But yes there are places that will take your newborn, it will cost u!

    In I'LL its 12wks but with my first I went back for 4hrs per wk at 3wks after delivery. I needed a lil normalcy

    Yeah I kno u can possible get up until 12 weeks but my mom is like well u need to return bak to work and put the baby in daycare and I'm like I don't want to be a newborn which is also my first in daycare right sooo me and my bofriend is comin up with something I wanted to see what's everybody elses plan

    In Singapore we have 16 weeks leave.... :)
