does anyones stomach go up and down

So I am like 17 weeks and Im I have a very small frame and most of the time just belly. What I dont understand is why my stomach is big and round one day and everyone can tell Im prego but then another day it can be alot smaller than it was the day before....lol I know a baby is in there cause I heard its heartbeat and I THINK sometimes feel its movements....Anyone else out there share the same situation?

    Yesss! I'm 27 weeks and mine still does it.. just depends on where baby wants to be cuddled at.. lol

    Wow...congrats..I guess deep inside is where the best cuddle spot is for me
